Marion, if you use Photoshop, open the photo and then go to "File Info" (Upper left corner of the screen: File -> File Info)
There you should have the Resolution Info of your photo

I f you do not use Photoshop, open the photo with the software you have, and try to find the "File Info" (should be similar as in Photoshop... or try to find the command "Image Size" or "Adjust Size" or "Change size" There you should normaly have too the resolution of your photo...

Hi Ramon, I looked in Picasa but it doesn't say anything about dpi. For resolution it says 1429x1100.

Ok, if I am not wrong, PICASA is teh website where you post your photos, right? How do you open your photos when you have not posted them yet into Picasa?

Do you have the option in PICASA to see the EXIF Info? (This is where you have all the info about the photo, and info about the camera used and so on...)

hhhmmm.. I just went to PICASA and could not find teh resolution info in any of the photos I checked.. no idea where to get on that website...

There is nothing there that mentions dpi. Under resolution it just says 1429x1100.

Hi Ramon, I opened it in another program and it say dpi 96. How can I change that so it's ok for the comp?
