Hah, this is a funny old thread. You unearthed some buried treasure!

I'm not sure why that photo is designated as "adult content". It makes it sound scandalous! If you were expecting scandalous then I'm guessing you were pretty disappointed.

Coincidentally... I recently uploaded my own "scandalous" orchid photo... Better Than Barnacles.

Maybe we should start a thread dedicated to "scandalous" orchid photos? What could possibly go wrong?! There would only be four rules...

1. Links only!
2. Links would have to be appropriately rated! (G, PG-13, R)
3. Links to Flickr photos only! (Must be signed in to view adult content)
4. The photos must have orchids in them!

I'm sure it wouldn't be a natural disaster.

Recently I subscribed to a youtuber who talks about her orchids. Of course I love orchids... and it's enjoyable to see her collection and hear her talk about them... but, to be probably a bit too honest, a certain percentage of the draw is that her attire is occasionally "scandalous". "These are a few of my favorite things..."

I mean... if we're perfectly honest with ourselves then we have to acknowledge that we all sit around and stare at so many pictures of the private parts of plants! Let me protest too much and say that I'm an exception to this rule. I don't like orchids for their pretty flowers... I like them because they grow so well on trees!!!

From my perspective... if there's anything that's truly scandalous... it's the fact that there are so many naked trees! In this regard I am entirely puritanical.
