I had a very hard time choosing, I love all of them and most of my Vanda types are putting out spikes now. I ended up picking Oncidiums.

Wow, what a difficult choice
I grow mostly Phals, and while I love them I would not pick them as my favorite alliance. I love Vandas and and Cattleyas and Dendrobium and...
My favorite genus is easily Masdevallia, and I almost went with Plurothalis alliance, but as an overall alliance I'm not sure it is my favorite (although very very close).
In the end I went with Cypripedium. I would have liked to have voted for ALL Cypripedium, Paphs and Others together, but as I had to choose I went with 'Others' simply because I did not want to limit my choice to just Paphs.

Boy this is a toughie! SO UNFAIR!! Ha!
I went with the alliance that always comes to mind first when faced with this question, even if it may not always be true. BULBOS!!

I'm partial to Paphs, seeing as how a Paph was the very first orchid I bloomed. I love Masdies too, though. There are some interesting Bulbos, some beautiful Catts, awesome Dens, some fabulous Oncs.
Boy, that was a hard choice to make. Too bad we can't choose them all. Quite a loaded question for orchid addicts!

Cattleyas was my choice, however you guys know that I love a bit of everything. However my collection is mostly catts and vandas even though lately I've started collecting mini dendrobiums but still Catts are #1 on my book.

I think my favorite could be whatever is blooming at the moment. Right now I am thrilled with my Habenaria rhodocheila 'eric michaelii'. It has eight blooms open on one spike and another spike getting ready to open blooms. Fell in love with it when I saw it on Andy's Orchids website and had to have it. You all know how that is. Carol

I love a little bit of all orchid alliances.
Too many to choose from. Each with their own special charm.
