Snow is better than 100's of ml(canada eh) of rain and 6 hr grey grey daytimes for weeks on end. Up here in the Temperate rainforest we have "liquid sunshine" and people here don't tan we RUST. Give me snow and sunshine anytime!

Just make sure before you try and collect your meat for your squirrel recipes that it is legal in your state to do so...I didn't know it, but I just found out in my state there is no open season for squirrels, or so I was told.

Normally, I feel empathy for the many critters of the forest...until yesterday morning, when I had to bury my dog (who I just loved, she was a really stellar pal, great catch, aggressive and protective). She was gutted, eviscerated and her innards eaten by a coyote. Right by my fence in the back yard.
I'd kill it if I had the chance.
I'd kill it twice.
Cheers - Nancy
(don't know if a coyote sauce piquant would be good, tho)

Personally, I prefer using a more humane
but hilarious approach to squirrels. Click here
