I know! Maybe if someone from Europe or France participates, we could convince them to share the wealth.

I like baking - I'm in, as long as we can work in units I can understand - cups are not very helpful here, cos they're based on volumes and English cups don't equal American ones and I don't know how to convert. Imperial or metric weights are fine.

I could help with teh translation of the units I am used to do that... In Venezuela we used to combine both USAmerican units (for cookking ONLY) and metric system... and then in Europe sometimes been confronted with UK units too...

I can easily convert the measurements using google, that shouldnt' be a problem.

Think we should just start with the one recipe?

Sure, I'll participate! I dabble in baking nowadays. Nothing too complicated, mind you.

I'm in!!!! I absolutely love baking! (and all cooking) I made some AMAZING homemade cinnamon rolls last night mmm My only problem that may cause me to not be able to participate in the first few is that I will be moving near the end of September into my fiance's house.. and unfortunately, we have not purchased an oven yet. And we will not be purchasing one until we have enough funds to do so.. (I don't really know exactly how I'm going to survive yet.) But after we get that oven, I'm all for it! I'm drooling already.. I think I'm going to go get one of those cinnamon rolls right now!
