Thanks Guys!

been using Provelone but wondered if I should be using Jack cheese - as for cheese whiz, we dont get it here.

Bolero - cheese steak is awesome! My Other Half's favourite dinner.
We use topside roast sliced very thin, pan fried with garlic and onion, put on a flat roll with the provelone cheese. Best eaten with a cold beer while watching Top Gear

I'm the only one in the house that likes Swiss cheese, so I don't often get it but it makes a great cheese steak as well. I think Pepper Jack and American cheese are also good choice's.

Lucky you! I don't drink alcohol but do enjoy Top Gear on BBC America. Although I think we only get real old episodes. Just like Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. I love that show. Do you know if they still make new episodes of Ramsey's K N's?

Glad to know the Beeb is still making programmes for you all to enjoy!!!!

Top Gear goes from strength to strength and was voted best programme of the decade here in Britain. Mr Ramsay has various tv ventures but he keeps putting his foot in his mouth and his popularity might be on the wane

Me too! I hate to admit it but I think you guy's do TV right over there and have for a long time. Hugh Fan of Brittish comedy's like the old classic's Benny Hill, Are you being served?, Monty python, and of course the original Mr. Bean. But like I said we don't get them right away here but it's gotten a lot better with BBC America rather then just Public Broadcast System. I also like the World New's reports. They seem to tell you the new's without personal view's. Having said that you guy's can't beat the great weather I have here. This is my first . How I do? sorry!
