Default Potato, Green Chili, Jalapeno & Cheese Burrito

If you like to give your tongue and mouth an INVIGORATING treat then this burrito filling is for you

What you will need is:
1 can of new potatoes
1 can of whole green chilis
Giuliano Jalapeno Spread
(No I don't work for Giuliano's but theirs
is only stuff around!!!)
Cheese
Burrito sized flour tortillas, kept at room temperature
Black pepper

(sorry no images will be forthcoming on this one.)

Use about 2 or 3 of the potatoes and dice them into small pieces

Lay a tortilla down and put on a couple of pats of your favorite cheese

Place a whole green chili on the cheese
(for a variation-slice open one side of the chili and insert cheese inside the chili)

Cover lightly with the Jalapeno Spread

Sprinkle over with the diced potatoes.
Lightly pepper

Cover with a couple more cheese pats

Roll and microwave at 90 seconds.
Be sure your favorite cold beverage is handy as well as salt.

Embellish yourself with one bite at a time savoring the flavor of this great burrito as a surfer enjoying riding inside the comb.
If it gets too much salt down the back of your hand and lick it! Or wash down with your beverage. This baby will leave a lingering aftertaste and tingling that is unbeatable and subte as well!!! ENJOY!

T-Man.. You rock! I love the chilis and will try something like this. I'm thinking of substituting cauliflower for potatoes (I know: Yuk!) but we must watch our wasteline!

Hey Ross,
Try broccoli instead of cauliflower or in addition to cauliflower. I think if the cauliflower is precooked then it sounds really interesting!!!
