Just put in lasgna. Or meat balls. Or mix it in with pasta. Never tried it myself, but have tried it with turkey. Tastes real good. Maybe Chicken is the same.

As far as I'm concerned ground chicken is gross! Turkey is good but even the smell of ground chicken cooking makes me ill. recently I tried ground Buffalo, it's pretty good in sphaghetti.

Buffalo, Ostrich, etc. are real efficianato things nowadays. Way overblown in my opinion. Now western Elk, that's a different matter!

Ground turkey is a bit too lean IMO. I rarely eat ground poultry, but once in a blue moon for variety's sake I'll eat it.
Ostrich is great though... personally I'm a lamb chop kind of a guy

I'm all about the ground turkey, we use it in lasgna, tacos, burritos, hamburgers (for me), and substitute in those awful hamburger helper meals. Hey, the beggar can't be the chooser, but red meat will do me in.

I'm with Erin. I hardly ever eat red meat.
Ground turkey is tastier than chicken, and if you brown it, it's even better.
I use it any way ground beef is used.
The herb rosemary is great with ground turkey! :biggrin

You could also cook it up with some jalapenos and onions, garlic and make a burrito. I never buy ground meat since I like to know what went in it.
Don't forget the hot sauce!

That's exactly what we do for our tacos and burrtios.
