Harry - You are absolutely right! (IMHO) I choose egg-beaters because I don't mind the taste and I don't need the Cholesteral (family-wise). I eat cheese (go figure  ) but mostly salads, lean meats, green bell peppers and onions and tomatoes and an (occasional) bowl of ice cream (OK, so maybe not so occasional  ) |

Ross, sounds like a plan to me. I have high cholesteral but I am fortunate enough (I'm kidding) because of a dog fight to have had a heart catheter (sp) and my arteries are clear as a bell. So I guess I'm good for a while. I also don't care for sweets much and I may eat ice cream once every 2 or 3 years. But, I do like my HOT salsa

You can still barbecue, fry or braise ground chicken  Everyone hates ground chicken, yet I bet you all gobble up chicken nuggets
OK... lemme get something straight... I was low carbing, it was late, I got tired of all the regular stuff..., I ate it but it didn't mean anything...I barely even tasted it |

NO MARTY I DO NOT EAT CHICKEN MCNUGGETS I don't like breaded chicken or breaded anything really. I like Steak  Rare and I really like Steak Tartar which is hard to get thesedays thanks to ecoli |
