Actually I make them when our local blue cheese has been sitting in the refrigerator for a tad bit too long. Either that or salad dressing. It still tastes wonderful just doesn't look as nice as when first purchased. I don't blame the EU for that.
I buy organic beef. Who knows what those hormones will do to us? Aaaak! Besides grass fed beef is supposed to be better to not raise the cholesterol level. Blue cheese is just too good to give up entirely. I was not aware our government had done that.
