Cooler weather is coming. I like making soups.
Years ago I found a great site, with many dozens of Chinese soups. Most of them are easy to make, and delicious. There are hot soups, cold soups, broths, thick stews, porridges (jook/congee) and more. All the Chinese soups I had ever eaten were there, plus many more.
There are multiple different techniques of Chinese soup making, and this site covered them all. I found the ingredients and cooking utensils easily in Chinese markets in my metro area.
But then the site disappeared. Fortunately it was archived at archive.org and can still be accessed:
