But anyway, the amount in full fat yogurt is not as much, to interfere with keto diet. Lactate/lactic acid is always present in our body.
The benefits of fermented foods - lactate fermentation - are many. Not only of carboxylic acids but also of simple acids, like (apple, wine) vinegar, plain vinegar (there is still a dispute going there if the positiv effect of 'apple cider vinegar' does come from plain vinegar or from the 'mother of vinegar' or from both ...)
To stay keto, you limit your CH intake to 30 to 50 g CH; so it always depends on how much you consume from a low carb food ...
