Also called "Mexican Martinis". Disputably invented in Austin TX.. either way they are just delicious. Sweet, salty, sour, and fatty. What could go wrong?
My preferred ratio:
2 oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 oz olive brine (use less if you like)
1/2 oz of simple syrup (omit if you like)
Shake well and pour into a martini glass with a few olives. No salt on the rim. Enjoy
