... it is in its 3rd winter in my care... Doesn't look great - loses leaves after blooming (but then, Coelogynes tend to do that anyway) but it is now just finishing blooming. Winter night temperatures down to 5 deg C pretty routinely, a few nights down to about 3 deg C) It does warm up during the day (15-18 deg). Would it be happier not so cold? Probably. But it seems to have adapted.
I grow it in sphagnum in a basket. I don't particularly dry it out (I just water everything less in winter because plants don't dry out as fast), grow it somewhat shady.
