Default Unknown Coelogyne sp care?

When to my first local orchid society meeting this week. Right at the end on the way out a guy gave me a little Coelogyne specimen or maybe a hybrid with Coelogyne. It happened pretty quickly and I didn't get details of how to care for it. I've done a little research online about Coel. and their dry period, but I could use a little advice.

It has 4 pseudo bulbs from 1 to 2 inches tall. They are pretty smooth with no shriveling. The oldest has no leaves and the second oldest's leaves are dying off.

Here is my plan, let me know how it sounds.

I keep it in my kitchen with a moderately bright window but no direct light. It is on a pebble tray with water to keep the humidity up. No direct water until I see growth in the spring. Perhaps an occasional misting. If the bulbs shrivel too much or the newer leaves start to drop I would probably start watering again? Not sure.

I also have a Coelogyne xyrekes. Larger p bulbs and a bit of shriveling. But I was planning on basically the same treatment for it as well.
