I won this one at an Orchid Society raffle. I would have been proud of my blooms, but I saw another one won by another member at the same time that had about 10 spikes in bloom. I learned that she was keeping hers much moister than I was keeping mine, so I have changed my culture.
It is a really neat mini - it requires cooler temps, shade and constant moisture. This one is in a clay pot with tree fern. The pot sits in a little dish of water that the clay pot wicks up (helping to keep it cool and moist!). I had it outside for the cooler part of the summer, but brought it into the air conditioning when it got too warm.
Sorry for the lousy pictures. That's why there are so many!
