Default Coelogyne fimbriata

This is their season, it seems. I think it has a very slight scent of lemon/honey (not unpleasant, and not strong).
A very appealing flower, with the little fringes.
Regards - Nancy

Nancy, they sure are pretty little flowers, since mine bloomed it has been growing like wildfire. Very pretty, Nancy.

Julie, I have to agree - a really endearing flower. You will find them relatively long-lasting, too. For me, this compact plant is much friendlier than the bigger ones. Of course, my only experience was with a pandurata x Beaufort cross that went to a show in beautiful bloom and came home completely covered in thrips - it never did recover its vigor. And for the space, I could have about ten of these, or a dozen.
It seems to bloom most enthusiastically in early winter, but can send out buds during all but the hottest months (okay, for me that's March-November)...but mostly July and August.
Enjoy - Nancy
