So surprised this bloomed for me! I planted it outside along a rhododendron border that receives morning sun. Last winter we had a freak coldfront that caused 8F lows for over a week! I had just planted this poor thing the previous summer and didn't expect much out of it, as none of my striatas have bloomed successfully (this year one clump finally managed to spike, but the buds blasted. I blame moles disturbing the roots!
).
Not as showy as Bletilla striata, and much smaller, but still beautiful. And at least this one seems to like me!
