I tried to share some of the new sources I've found in the USA that aren't mentioned above but my post was denied.
Ah ha....it was because I was helping by sharing LINKS. That was a problem.
New Pleione sources I found in the USA in 2014 and ordered plants from: Keeping It Green Nursery, The Gardens at Post Hill, ebay seller: troisharicotsverts (be careful with this one....he's just learning about Pleiones and cool-growing). And in the thread here where you introduce yourself I discovered that Seattle Orchids has a few Pleiones as does Roberts Flower Supply. McClure & Zimmerman as well as Brent & Becky's Bulbs usually have a few types in their Spring catalog. It's getting late in the year for ordering but check these out in late 2014 or early 2015! I will be!

Hmmmm.....right now I have a Pleione Britannia 'Doreen' that has been in bloom since the first week in April and still no sign of flagging (4/23/14). I wrote down the exact date the flower opened but that data is at home. I have a photo but this forum is still not allowing me to add photos (sigh). I've had that plant since 2009 and it now has quite a few nice pseudobulbs. It is kept COMPLETELY dry during the winter in my garage where it doesn't freeze, gets brought outside in early March or late February for the spring rains (but whipped back to the garage if it's supposed to freeze again). In the fall, after the leaves have yellowed off, back into the garage it goes. Works for me.
update: That Pleione Britannia 'Doreen' opened on 4/9/14and is still fresh (not flagging at ALL) as of 4/24/14. That's longer than 'about a week' which was the bloom duration noted by others previously in this thread.
