That is lovely, it's known as the Angel Orchid and it is very angelic.

I have a Coelogyne cristata that I've been trying to get to flower for 3 years. It's growing beautifully with 8 new growth but no flowers as yet.

Sorry to tell you it is not Coelogyne cristata. It most likely is Coelogyne Intermedia. Still very pretty though.

do a google images search and you will find out that is not true. the intermedia has brown inside the throat. the cristata was a parent used to make intermedia.

I can guarantee yours is not C. cristata. The flower(the lip shape, flower form, and the keels in the throat) is totally off, so is the plant.

Few photos of C. Intermedia, resulted from google, look very much like yours. Also check on C. Unchained Melody. Some growers think both are the same.
