Default Dendrochilum parvulum 'Golden Gate'
Mini-miniature Dendrochilum species. This one is in a 2.5" net pot, plant height is 3.5", with seventeen bloom spikes. I'm growing it in sphagnum moss, intermediate conditions, bright light (slightly brighter than for Phals). Easy, rewarding little plant with only one drawback: the "fragrance" is kinda like cat pee.
