My garden has just started bursting forth with coelogynes - must be the weather! Mostly it is full of this kind - I'm presuming it is fimbriata, but can anyone confirm that? I don't see the hairy lip some talk about (click for a larger pic in my gallery). Also the leaves seem different to others in my garden I thought were fimbriata.
The other type is asperata I think. Very beautiful.

The cactus looking one. Looking again,I was mistaken.Schlumbergera or selenicerus or epiphyllum hybrid maybe,a beautiful epiphytic cacti from tropical America popular in pot culture. Related to zygocactus or christmas cactus. If that's what it is, they're nice They have thier own clubs of fanciers.
Way too cool! I just took a peek at your entire gallery. I especialy liked the Den. phlox, the plant and the composition of the photo. Nice stuff Phil. Thanks for the tour. Brad
