Can this plant survive indoors? I've been lusting after this for a while now, but I don't think I can grow it outside in S. Florida.

If it can be grown outside, then what type of medium should I use? I am a notorious overwaterer.

thank you for your replies in advance!

Hi Peewee,
Mine has been indoors since I got it last winter over a year ago and it's bloomed once...I think it does need the cool-down in winter. Mine's in coconut husk and seems to enjoy itself

This advice might be a bit late.
I also have a C. cristata and a key to get this plant to bloom is to give it low temperatures in the winter! All the way down to the freezing point of water! But keep it away from frost.
