Default Leaf dieback and textured leaves on C. Fimbriata

I've been trying to treat this Coelogyne Fimbriata for a while now. Its leaves slowly turn black and crispy from the tips. I've been cutting the black parts off and spraying with fungicide but nothing seems to be working. The leaves don't yellow, they just go straight to black.

Also the leaf in the picture is very roughly textured like sandpaper. My other cuttings from this species are pretty much right next to it, so have identical conditions, and are doing very well.

Any thoughts on how to help this l cutting and what actually is going on with it?

Bump

I've grown others but not fimbriata. Are you sure it's getting enough water?

Maybe it's not. I decided to grow them in different ways. The semi hydro one is doing well. The leca and sphagn moss is close to opening its spike, this on is in a plant water dish with just some moss. It was doing well and then this started to develop...
