Leaves look dry... but they also look a bit toasted (maybe got a blast of sun) or have spider mites (which can also dessicate leaves by sucking the life out of them) . Remember, too, that hydration needs roots. So if the roots aren't in good condition, more water might be contributing to, not solving the problem. A few possibilities for you to check in to, the solution depends on the actual cause.
