There was a specimen Unchained Melody owned by one of the premier hobbyists in New Hampshire. Years back when he passed, it was divided up and every member got a chunk. As a result, there are several huge specimens in NH now and I'm pretty sure anyone who has been a member of NHOS over the past 25 years has one. That is one of the great classic orchid hybrids IMHO.

Hausermann's, previously mentioned, has a number of species. Even if they're not on the Web site you can call them and they probably have some big enough to sell.
