How do they do that? Are there multiple mature plants here? I am so curious how this result can be achieved.

Dendrobium nobile and hybrids make many flowers per stem when grown well. This display might consist of lots of individual smaller plants in one container, or it might be an old plant with many stems.

I am sorry for poor resolution picture, I just grabbed a screenshot from aos Facebook page. It is Cattleya schroderae alba. Picture was taken at Japan Grand Prix orchid show.
