Bcn. Aka's Aloha 'Dream Dust'
I have really grown to love this plant as I find it's pattern and coloration really unique for Cattleyas.
Unfortunately one of the buds was deformed for this blooming but she's still a beauty anyway.

The spotting and blush pattern is not unusual for hybrids with Caularthron (Diacrium) bicornutum in the ancestry, a grandparent here. Another grandparent is Bc. Richard Mueller, which also may contribute to the pattern. The rest of the ancestry is mostly C. walkeriana and C. loddigesii - for the shape and can also contribute to blush patterns. All for a very nice result.

It's the perfect size of miniature! I would say it's about 5'', maybe 6'' tall.
