I have a Cattleya NOID that literally will not stay in the pot. It is in bark, the pot is large enough, and it climbs right out. I repot it back in, and it climbs back out, over and over. I have changed the bark. I finally put a metal rod/hook thing over it to try and hold it in, but today I see it's pulling it up. I have doubts it will ever bloom if it is unstable. Has anyone ever had this problem when the pot is big enough? It has, at the minimum, a 2 inch space all the way around and more underneath.

I would mount it but the humidity is too low here, and I know it wouldn't make it (from prior experience).

Yes, when my catts do that, I use a basket. I also have some Oncidium tribe that climb... I just let them go. Or, you could mount...
