How long has it been in semi-hydro? Did you just repot it recently? What are your growing conditions and situation like? Give specifics. Tell us about your care routine.
My first impression? Where are the roots? There aren't any/many roots visible in the photos. I'd expect to see at least some roots in a healthy and established plant that's growing in semi-hydro in a transparent pot.
And since all I have to work with are some photos, I'd start considering what could be happening at the root level. Was it repotted at a time when there were no new growths and no new root growth? Was it repotted in late fall or in winter when the days are getting shorter, plant growth is slowing down, and temperatures are dropping? Was it given plenty of moisture and lots of warmth to help it adjust to semi-hydro? Are you using appropriately high quality water and low feeding rates? Are you flushing the pot frequently to reduce salt/mineral/nutrient build up?
From there, I'd start looking at general cultural conditions and ask questions like is it warm enough in the growing area? Is the humidity high enough? Does the plant get proper air flow? Has it been exposed to any sudden, drastic temperature changes? Has it had any pests or diseases lately and were those taken care of?
Lots of stuff to consider, and with photos only, it's a lot of guess work.
