Lovely cordigera, but it may not be a true semi-alba... I think it is a straight cordigera, see Jay's site info link

and the alba variety has green petals and a white lip. some orchids lack of color pigment does not manifest in white but green, see google search for some cordigera green alba pics
Encyclia cordigera var. alba - Google Search
The true semi alba would have green petals and a colored blotch on lip as many other semi alba orchids have, however there seems to be some mislabeling and confusion about this plant even at the AOS site, see link
Encyclia cordigera
I have grown the regular cordigera (like yours), the roseum variety with full lip color and the alba variety with green petals and white lip. I do not recall seeing a semi alba variety and will definitely bring this up for discussion at redlands show in May with growers from its native areas. None the less, it is a lovely flower and plant... mine is in bud and should open in a few days
