Back to naming fundamentals... the grex name Pot.(Rlc.) Dick Smith is given to all plants that come from the same parent hybrids Hisako Alatsuka x Volcano Lightning. Those could come from the exact same plants (cultivars) or different plants with the same hybrids in THEIR parentage. Even from the same parent plants, there will be variation (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot) in the plants produced from seed. (Just like children from the same parents look different) If the cross is made with DIFFERENT plants, the likely genetic difference is likely to be even greater. (That's a "remake" of a cross... either different plants or even the same plants being crossed to get a new seed pod). So the "cultivar" names apply only to the vegetatively (not seed) produced progeny of a particular plant (mericlone or division), which are genetically identical to the parent (at least theoretically... even then, mutations can happen in the cloning process).
So when you see different cultivar names for a particular grex, they were cloned from different plants of the same cross (could be siblings from a particular seed pod, or could be from another crossing of the same specific plants, or different cultivars of the same hybrids)
