Update on this one...
It has been growing new roots (the ones in the photo bellow).
I'v been giving it warm temps (same as Phals) and water it as I see it dry (in my low humidity it means every 3 days).
Now I can see there's a new growth. Let's see how it develops.

New growth

New roots, the white ones

General overview of the plant

Update on this one: two new growths.
Let's see if it blooms.

Update on this one...it seems it is finally established in this pot. The clearer roots are all new roots and from the two new growths there are two sheaths. They seem empty...all the leaves on this plant have dry empty sheaths (were there already when I bought it).

If they don't bloom, must give it more light.

I have been waiting already. I've posted the photos now but it has been "sitting" like this for at least a month. Probably the buds are maturing.
Its blooming season is mid winter so teo or three more months, if not before.
