Catt tenebrosa - Repot now?

Hello, my friends

I have a new growth starting on my tenebrosa but there are no new roots.

Should I repot right now or wait for the roots to grow?

This palnt, like most of them in my hands, have their gorwth cycle messed up, I think.
I saw my report (I have a photographic archive of all the significant events, for each of my plants) and this plant did grow roots all year and new growths by late summer/autumn (and now, as I can see).

What do you think? I think it's better to wait for the roots.
