I've repot it a week ago, before any roots were visible.
The roots were ok and I only felt one dead. Didn't cut it because I'm lazy.
In the meanwhile, the first root starts to show. It's still a tiny one but I'm expecting it to grow fast.

That tiny new root says you timed it right. Even if one of those little ones gets damaged, there will be more along presently, and will have no chance of "insult" at all, will establish quickly.

Update on this repoting...the new growth will be significantly bigger than the previous. Hopefully it will bloom next spring.

Happy plant! Wonderful My L. tenebrosas tend to bloom right after the L. purpuratas. So it might be summer, but I think your efforts will be rewarded.
