The form is very pleasing and the color is nice and intense. Any fragrance?

Beautiful, and such a nice color! I too love Laelias, though I don't grow any. I love how Laelias are such tiny plants, yet often make giant blooms in relation to the plant size.

I have had this plant for about 14 years. Until last year she was in LECA.

Now is it in moss? With which medium did you have the best results?

In LECA and a little shpagnum, pseudo bulbs grew thicker and rounded. A year ago I divided it in two, part I mounted it on a wooden branch (it did not bloom but grows well, the pseudo bulbs are smaller and elongated). You see the other side in the image exposed by me. As a (temporary) conclusion; the plant probably expects more water and no longer supplies for drought. I'll see what happens in the future.

I know it has changed in Cattleya but for me Laelia remains.
