Cattleya (Slc) Miyuki Little King
= Catt. (Lc) Mini Purple x Catt. (Soph) brevipedunculata

I cannot take credit since I only purchased this one recently. This is a vigorous grower; and as you can see from the pictures, there are more flower buds coming up.

By the way, this is a fine combination of three miniature species: very flat and wonderful flower shape of walkeriana; nice fuchsia coloring of brevipedunculata; and very neat-looking tubular lip, with eye-catching white throat with stripes, from pumila!

And combined with very compact nature of all three parents and we have a great hybrid mini catt! Only one drawback is its near lack of scents (understandable since pumila and brevipedunculata do not have scents), but you can't have everything at once, can we?
