I should also add that the flowers are now slightly fragrant, only detectable with a deep sniff at close range. Very nice!

Scott,
Make sure you see new growth before moving it to the semi-hydro. Cattleyas don't really grow new roots unless they are concurrently growing new leads. You want about an inch of the new lead(s) showing before repotting. That might be any time of year, but whatever time of year that is is the right time. *grin*

definitely. it has one new growth and a couple new roots presently...hopefully things will still be at the right stage when it's done blooming.
