Default Laelia anceps -Repotting time?

Hello, my friends

I wonder if now is the time to repot my anceps.
It started new roots on two pbulbs and the medium is degraded (I haven't repot it when I got it).

I have it for less than a year and it didn't bloom (produced only a dry sheath). But it grew two new pbulbs under my care, on march and april so now it's not the growing season. Hence my question about repotting time.

Here's some photos:

Forgot this, it has what seems to be a new growth. It has been kind of dormant but it's ready to shoot.

Now!
Roberta answered this question when I asked about mounting a Mexican Laelia on a tree in southern California:
What to put on a S California tree

The plant flowered for my mom last fall, and produced one, much larger growth this season.

That's what I thought. But I suspect it is growing too early.
Maybe because we still have higher temps (today 36ºC with a forecast of never bellow 30ºC until 15th Oct).
When it gets cooler it may stop.

I'll repot it tomorrow, same pot with fresh bark and leca.

Mine hasn't flowered. What triggers the blooming? Temps, light or both?

It's strongly seasonal. It spikes in late to very late fall.

I may be wrong but I think I've read somewhere that the sheaths appear in summer and the spikes start to grow right after that.
What happen to me (see this post from last june) is according this, but as you've told me by then, that was not the "correct" blooming season (may the reason why the sheath dry out).

Until I get it to bloom I'll be confused about it's living cycle.

Read about the Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve in México. Laelias grow on the evergreen oaks well above the canyon.

Done!
Should I water it right now?
Maybe not for one or two days. Or a little mist to help the new roots (I watered it before repotting to make roots more flexible).

Because the space between roots was too tight, I needed medium size bark but the only available was from an epiphytic mix that contains also soma amount of coco chips and perlite, which I didn't want to use.
I used only a small amout of it (tried to pick up only the bark and leca and compensated with more leca and cork chips.
I believe the final result will give good drainage and won't retain too much water.

As usual, since I'm a clumsy guy on repotting, it end up a little "sideways" but in nature they don't have an orchid enthusiast putting them straight so it will survive.

Here's some photos:

ES, thanks for the link. Really interesting site.
Unfortunately it's heartbreaking to know that many of those parks are struggling with difficulties.
