Cattleya gaskelliana caerulea first bloom

This is the first bloom on this plant. The color may not show very well here, but it's a very faint blue blush in the petals and sepals. Hardly any fragrance at all, which is a little disappointing, but it is bred for color not fragrance. I got this at my local orchid society, from AWZ Orquideas in Brazil. Parents are C. gaskelliana (Vista Linda x Boa Vista). Interestingly, there's a new lead about 8" tall, very healthy but not mature yet.
