Can anyone help me with this name ?
I got this at my (usually non-orchid) nursery's orchid sale.
It's label is CLTY. I don't know if they abbreviated Cattleya or if it's an intergeneric of Cattleya. It looks like a Catt plant except it has 3 leaves on each PB instead of 1 or 2. Blooms like a Catt, no sheath. Does anyone know what it might be ?
CLTY. Ethel's Paradise.

It's Caulocattleya Ethel's Paradise, so yes it is an intergeneric hybrid.

It's pretty! The genus Caularthron has been known as Diacrium in the past, so you might also find the plant as a Diacattleya when you go looking.

Thanks for your replies. Makes you wonder how they got that abbreviation . It's not like either of those names.
Can you tell me what the cross is ?

Thanks. It is apparently not going to hold it's bloom long. they are already looking a little tired after only a week.

Did it maybe get too dry, I think that's what happens to some of mine that don't hold there blooms for to long. I wish they all lasted like phal blooms. It is pretty however.
