I haven't measured, but it is about 15 or 16" tall, 3 growths. It is relatively contained in a 5" pot with coarse media (medium/large bark, large CHC, LECA, & sponge rock)

I've been thinking about getting some macrame-type hangers (or making them) for some of my non-orchid plants, but between not having hooks or bars (yet), and concerns about it making watering more difficult, I haven't actually done it.

Yes, I made the hangers. They're quite easy, just made from string. Its very similar to the tutorial here:

To water, I use a large cup and a cheap plastic pitcher. I catch the runoff with the cup. I let it drain into the cup until it drips slightly, and there's a shoe tray below to catch the remaining drips. Watering in place with this setup is quite easy, but you need something to catch any dripping for 15 minutes or so afterward.
The bulbo (medusae) up top has a small saucer beneath the pot to hold extra water between waterings.
