It developed a slight fragrance, not strong, and putting the nose near the flowers...it makes me remember chocolate.

The flowers are starting to wilt. I've post here their first photo on Nov, 13th so they last a litle more than one month.
Should they last longer or this is the usual time?

I'm asking this because these days the sun is so low in the sky that it gets in my south growing room. I've been letting the catt catch some sun, maybe 2 or 3 hrs/day and I thought it could be a cause for it.

Since I got no reply, here's a photo to motivate you.
It shows the differences of the same flowers after they bloom and now.
They're turning completely pink. So I thought it could be due to the sunlight (anthocyanin) or is it because, as some trees, they turn red as they wilt?

That's a pretty dramatic change. It looks like the spots are no longer visible on some of the petals; is that really true?

Yes, it is!

I just wonder if the flowers should last longer in case they didn't get less sun (the plant shows no signs of heat stress or burning).
Or this is normal wilting where the anthocyanin is playing its role.

Pretty dramatic change! My Siamese Doll 'Kiwi' JUST went out of bloom; it's a spotted similar looking to yours. The blooms went magenta-brown a few days before dropping, but remained clearly spotted. A month is a good haul for bloom longevity IME even for the often longer lasting waxier spotted Catts. I think it's probably this plant's normal bloom span and its normal senescence pattern.

Default Petal discolouration

You have done very well to have the flowers last for over four weeks. The discolouration is due to the flower dying and has nothing to do with anything you are doing or culture.

It was nice to see you had a satisfactory outcome with the flowering given the original problem.

I have split literally split dozens of sheaths over the years with great results each time. Good growing.

Well, thank you. One flower felt from the plant today. I gave it to my daughter.
Now it's time to think about repot it...but first I need to build my own basket.
