I was fortunate enough to find this guy earlier on in the year... it's long spikes formed and formed until probably last month the first flower opened... the spike will continue to flower sequentially, but for how long who knows... has two spikes blooming, and a third one forming.
Both parents are caribbean island species and this is a supposed natural hybrid. I love the blend of the both rather little known and grown parents. It is supposedly at hotter and drier growing orchid which is exactly what I need to grow more of- I grow it outside on my balcony, it's done very well here, only issue is the "cold" here in winter. I'll probably bring it in.
