what does a c. percivaliana 'el hatillo' look like?

a friend gifted me a c. percivaliana 'el hatillo' because it had never bloomed in the 3 years she owned it.

i've researched for a few hours now and can't find any images or descriptions for an 'el hatillo'; all i get is that it's a city/town.

The AOS has lots of 'El Hatillo' named plants with awards but none are for C. percivaliana. Looks like the name comes from a Colombian grower.
