Two to three weeks is, in fact, probably the best that Cattleya warscewiczii has to offer. It doesn't help that its bloom season happens to coincide with the spring-to-summer months rise in temperatures. The flowers on my plant don't last much beyond three weeks--and that's only if I bring it inside during the hot and humid days to let it cool off a bit. But no need to be disappointed; it's simply in the nature of this species to have blooms that don't last as long as some of its cousins. Just enjoy them while they're there, as they truly are pretty glorious.
