I'm not a joiner either-would rather hang out with animals or plants,esp. orchids. But with joining a club you can choose when to go and leave the mtg. at your choosing. Usually mtgs are just once per month and I must say I've become a better grower because of it.
Loving that tenebrosa also- my first one was a rich copper like yours, and frankly I like it even better than the vinicolors. Does it have a clonal name, so it could be searched for?
So do I! When I was a teenager, I looked at photos of L. tenebrosa in books and thought "purple and rust-orange together?! How horrible!" but I have since changed my mind; I think that is a very exciting color combination!
