Lowes bag finds
Hello,
I am super excited to pick up finally the Lowes bags since they have tags!
Last week I bought
BLC. Hawaii Stars 'Paradise'
BLC. Always Dream 'Volcano Queen'
LC. Commander 'Pink Pal'
Today
Yamadaara Redland Sunset
BLC. Hawaii Stars 'Paradise'
I didn't realize I bought the same plant twice I should have bought the Brassavola Nadosa .
They had a Dendrobium Spectabile but the google image intimidated me a bit.

Great finds! Watch those Lowe's orchids though, I've gotten a couple virus-infected plants from there.

Great finds! You just never know where you will find an orchid!
I second Cambria's advice...clean them up, repot if you can and keep them in quarantine until you are sure they are not going to give your other plants a problem!

I bought a Yamadara Redland Sunset as well last week, they had a very healthy one with about 5 new growths.

I buy a lot from the bags. I just can't stand how they treat them, half time they are half dead, never watered, starving plants. I feel horrible for them. I have too many varieties to list, if I see something I don't have I Usualy get it. Some of them have rewarded me with flowers couple month later. Oncidium Ampliatum bloomed quickly, Brasivola nodosa did well, I have two Baellara Howard's Dream that have produced gorgeous flowers for two seasons now (my avatar is one of em) and I have another Catt that I unfortunatly lost the tag to, Ooops blooms are about to open so hopefully I can ID, all bought in the bag
