C. walkeriana fma flamea 'Tokutsu' -S
1st flowering of this m/clone. Seen many & none have come close to the advertised pics. This one is showing the signs of the stripes/flaring that its supposed to have.
May be a few more days they will develop.

It is beautiful! I like it the way it is. If this is the first blooming, though, you might get more color next time. I noticed this with some of my first-bloom Cattleyas.

Pic update
Another pic taken today. Colour increased a little & changed slightly. To get the flares/striping like the pics of the original plant shows I think I need to get it colder without hurting it. Apparently that's what it needs. Light is good.
