We aren't judging! It was a learning experience. Your plant will probably survive unless the rhizome was also burned. The plant will make new growths from the base. It will likely not bloom for a couple of years, though.
Those leaves are dead. Mild sunburn causes light brown patches that soon dry to a papery consistency. This would be no long-term problem. Severe sunburn causes leaves to die before drying out. They are still wet, and at risk of invasion by fungus.
I would cut off the leaves where they attach to the pseudobulb. If any of the leaves are black toward the tip and green closer to the pseudobulb, I would leave the green part of the leaf.
Cut just into the bright green. Dab cinnamon powder on the cut surface. Let the plant sit in the shade for a few days, and be sure it is completely dry before watering again.
Then resume watering. It should begin making new growths this summer. Remember a plant with no, or only a few leaves, cannot use as much water as one with a full set of leaves. It will not need watering as often now.
